Compliment / Complaint Procedure
As part of the Planning Department’s commitment to continuous customer service improvement, we have implemented an Internal Compliment/Complaint Process (ICP). Members of the public who feel that they were provided exemplary service or not treated appropriately by a staff member can now lodge a compliment/complaint and have those concerns addressed. Copies are available in our reception areas in Grand Cayman and Cayman Brac and online (Compliment / Complaint Procedure ).
