Description
Planning permission for : New covered open bar, dining and service hut within the existing walled footprint of “Royal Palms”. Covered bar will be located on the footprint of the existing pool deck columns. Existing pool to be removed/filled in. Covered dining and service hut will have a raised wood deck. Existing parking lot to be upgraded with required painted spacing and parking stops. Existing seaward building to be demolished and retain the existing concrete piles to create a new raised timber deck with new timber access walkway from Royal Palms existing concrete deck. Rock revetment will be provided to reinforce existing wall as shown on drawings. Seawall extension added along the northern boundary with rock revetment to reinforce.
